ebookdesignpanda will use reasonable efforts to complete services within agreed timeframes. Delays or failures due to the client’s actions or omissions are not ebookdesignpanda’s responsibility. If the client does not respond to communications for 30 days, the project may be deemed inactive, and a reactivation fee may apply.
The customer owns the rights to deliverables upon full payment. If the deliverables incorporate pre-existing intellectual property from ebookdesignpanda, the company grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license for use with the deliverables.
Both parties disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.
Refunds are only available before the delivery of final drafts or after initial concepts if no revisions are requested. Specific refund amounts are determined based on the timing of the request. Refunds are not available after project completion or final file delivery.
Refund requests must be made to the support department. ebookdesignpanda reserves the right to approve or reject refunds on a case-by-case basis.
