Delays or failures due to the client\u2019s actions or omissions are not ebookdesignpanda\u2019s responsibility. If the client does not respond to communications for 30 days, the project may be deemed inactive, and a reactivation fee may apply.

2.6 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS<\/h5>

The customer owns the rights to deliverables upon full payment. If the deliverables incorporate pre-existing intellectual property from ebookdesignpanda, the company grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license for use with the deliverables.

Both parties disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.
