Angelina Frost is an exceptional coach and genius business strategist. I attended Integral Leadership Training Coaching Course with her as my Instructor and am so grateful for a teacher who is generous, gentle, depthful, knowledgeable [and] present - genuinely embodying the spirit and devotion to assist others in meaningful spiritual and psychological transformation. She is steadfast at integrating new knowledge in a wide spectrum of subjects to treat the whole being.
I have also witnessed her design multiple brilliant community projects and artistic community healing spaces for the benefit of all ages and myriad of social connection, learning, artistic development, community development and accountability. Angelina is a loving and whip smart talent with loads of life experience and knowledge to boot.
I first met Angelina when a care-giving collective I was part of was having troubles pulling together as a team. One of the members knew of her and she was brought in to consult several times over a period of a few weeks. During that time, not only did our morale and effectiveness improve dramatically, but we found inspiration to restructure the nature of the collective in a way that was more effective for all of us.
So when she offered life-coaching training the following year, I jumped at the chance to learn more of the skills that she brought to the table. The course was life-changing for me, my personal small business has grown in leaps and bounds, and I attribute a lot of that to the work I have done with Angelina.
Angelina Frost is talented in helping guide people to see their gifts and navigate their hang-ups. She also is able to guide people into learning how to be coaches themselves, showing them techniques they can use to effectively guide others to transform.
